Privacy

This page describes what BCRF DataHub does with your data. It is a read-only archive for registered users: there are no analytics and no forms other than the sign-in.

Signing in

The sign-in page runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check so that automated clients cannot try passwords. Turnstile loads from Cloudflare and is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

After you sign in, the site sets one cookie holding your username, an expiry time and a code tied to your current password, signed so it cannot be altered. It keeps you signed in for up to 7 days, or until your password changes or your account is removed. It is not readable by scripts and is never shared with anyone else. Signing out deletes it.

3D models and video

3D models are files served by this site and rendered in your browser by an open-source viewer (Google's model-viewer) that is served from here as well; nothing is loaded from a third party.

Videos are played by Cloudflare Stream, which loads the player and the poster images from its own domain and is subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy. A video you download comes from there too.

Credits

Country flags are Twemoji by Twitter, licensed under CC BY 4.0, in the Twemoji Country Flags font by TalkJS, which keeps only the flags. The 3D viewer is Google's model-viewer, under the Apache License 2.0.

Hosting

The site and its files are served by Cloudflare (Workers and R2). Cloudflare processes request logs to operate the service, under its own privacy policy.
